PSTN (&ISDN), being switched off in 2025 is a big change for businesses and homes and it’s bound to creep up on some. That’s why we’re on the front foot.

Before then, BT plans to move all its customers from the old analogue network, over to a fully digital network. So, in 2025 you won’t be able to order new ISDN services and by January 2027, every phone line in the UK will be digital with calls being routed over the internet.
