The future matters to us.

We employ ethical labour practices, actively seek ways to reduce our carbon footprint and look for opportunities to give back through our charity partners.

We want to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility is comprised of two parts: compliance and proactiveness.

Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values.

Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.

  • Pink Wednesdays

We believe in giving back to the community and supporting important causes that are close to all our hearts and that make a difference!

'Pink Wednesday' has been around a little while at dbfb, but with a growing team all fully behind the idea, we wanted to make 'Pink Wednesdays' not only a bit of fun for the team each week, but a way for us to make a difference.

The brain child of one of our 'Delighters', Shannon Parris, Pink Wednesdays is now our official internal company fundraiser! Ensuring the idea stays true to its roots, this team inspired initiative provided each team with charity nomination - resulting in 12 different charities now being supported by the dbfb team.

By making donations (monthly or weekly), plus wearing pink (we're not fussy - clothes, hair or nails, as long as its pink, it goes!) we're aiming to raise up to £500 each month for these fantastic charities, as we know any support is vital in the challenging times.

We're also keen to share the love and get customers and partners involved. So follow us on social to find out how you can get involved #PinkWednesday
