Our cloud-based telephony platform allows our staff to seamlessly take calls at home as if they were in the office. To keep our employees fully up to date, we have sent out a link to a video on how to reduce the risk of the virus spreading and what to do if they are showing symptoms.
We understand why some customers are restricting access to their site, please rest assured that our staff will be available by phone or video-conferencing.
