We know technology doesn’t always work, and that sometimes you just forget how to do those tasks we use ‘infrequently’. So we’ve put together some useful tips to help you with your hosted phone system.

Answer: To transfer a call press the two arrow buttons on the front of the phone and enter the extension you wish to transfer to. Once you’ve communicated with the person you’d like to transfer to, you can then hang up to put the call through.
Answer: The no entry sign means 'Do not disturb' (DND) has been activated. To deactivate this, press the DND button on the front of your phone.
Answer: All calls except Premium and International calls are included.

Answer: This is dependant on if your network is segregated or not. You should contact your IT to confirm this before connecting your computer to your phone.
Answer: Everybody has their own DDI (Number), however, it depends if your manager wants these handed out to the public, as this means it would be skipping any call flows and call statistics put in place.
Answer: If your phone is not ringing, check that 'Do not disturb' (DND) is not on, if this is not the case please restart your phone.

Answer: You can re-dial a number by pressing a re-dial button on the soft key of your phone.
Answer: If you’re a part of a group and someone else answers the call, then you will receive a missed call. You can press the down arrow key to view and clear these.
