Answer: The MikroTik only acts as a switch, allowing you to connect multiple devices to the City Fibre network, dbfb use this device to monitor the health of the connection. You will need to supply your own router.
Answer: Switch off Cisco 800 series router using the switch on the back and wait 30 seconds then plug back in and switch on again.
Answer: Switch off and unplug your router, wait 30 seconds, plug back in and switch on.
Answer: There is a WPS button on the back of the router, press this to re-enable the Wi-Fi
Answer: Is this affecting everyone or just yourself, restart your router to be sure, if it’s just yourself it would be worth asking your IT to look at your PC.
